wish people stop using prem teams, why does nobody want the challenge of going from lower leagues with no experience and moving them up?

AWESOME!! Once the team got familiar (feed training games pre season) with the tactic, I'm undefeated. Won Swedish league 1st season with 4 rounds still to go. :steamthumbsup:

How do you use the mentalaty against big teams like Liverpool, City, Barça, etc

Nice work, mate. Extremely flexible to allow you to seamlessly move around from a 442 to a 424 or 4411 or even a 532 without your players looking lost. Also versatile enough to use with top flight teams on down through underdogs.
