As much as I am a raving Marvin fan, the Choir Hunter is without a doubt my #1 class mod and will always be included in my playthroughs. Great art, great design, great abilities and above all: Her stats supplement her playstyle perfectly without making her overpowered. She fits a niche, has some utility and setup, can be tweaked to fit into multiple parties, but really, REALLY suffers in others.
Her ONLY design weakness is that due to her high speed, it's incredibly difficult to make use of her "+300% damage to stunned" feature on Visceral attack. That is my only gripe, but it's still extremely satisfying when you do get it.
Cannot recommend this mod enough. It is a true masterpiece, in my opinion.
There is a walk animation but I optimized the mod and made it so the animation also uses the idle sprite sheet. She has no Heroic Sprite either, as she's an affliction only class.
You made a valid and sufficiently unique healer class that also looks good - a great achievement, worth adding to the playthrough; but there arent many such classes to go around. Which means that early game i want more healers to arrive in the stage coach with healing skills - all Choir Hunters, if possible. its annoying enough when a cataphract doesnt roll for either of her two
I have one question... Did you "intend" or recommend her to be played as afflicted, or she gets some buffs when afflicted because she easily gets stressed? Kinda curious.
Her AoE is a good way to lunge to the front line if you want to play her aggressively (like with her Serrated Cane and Augur). In addition AoE is a lot of damage because it's solid damage to 4 enemies. It's not an enemy finisher, it's an opener if you want to dance with her.
Your change suggestions are noted but will be ignored, because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about and have become acclimated to a bunch of classes with no drawbacks for balances.
If you're not using her Serrated Cane ability for any sort of mobility, either for moving her back after a skill that moves her forward when playing her aggressively, or getting shuffled in a surprise round you're probably missing a huge chunk of her kit. If you read her skills closely you'll notice a lot of them are meant to be used from the back.
I'm not sure what to tell you about her not healing from position 1/2 considering she's a back line support. Also not sure what to tell you about losing an offensive turn for a REALLY strong buff (that you can stack) considering that's what support does?
