In 1.3.6, I was not able to start that turbine with your steam tank. Correct me if I am wrong, but what I did was simply to copy / paste your steam tank in this creation (beign carefull not to edit the tank to spoil the steam). One tank connector go to the top pipe on your creation, and the other tank connector goes to the second pipe on your creation. I did not touch the steam recirculation button since I noticed its already on. Am I missing something? I was able to start your other creation (the 18k turbine) with the same steam tank.
