- Small enemies spawned by rooms (Flies, Dips, Spiders)
I think 100% eternal would be more fun with these being included, since right now they pretty much just give free rooms and room rewards.
Having max eternal monsters per room to the default 3 fixes the issue. Tested with and without mods that resprite enemies to no noticeable effect

From my experience so far, I only get soft locked with It's Lives, this problem doesn't show with any other boss so far (I will make some test anyways)
I know I can just set the Major Bosses eternal value to 0 and say goodbye to any problem, but I really like eternal Mother aaaa ¿Can u maybe add something to switch off and on a specific Final Boss? Like turn Off Isaac but turn On Blue baby?
-Eternal flies doesn't turn into common attack flies anymore when their host dies.
-The attack that pin shoots an ipecac now has a faster animation.
-The horsemen are faster while doing the dash attack.
-The head of the bosses larry jr and hollow have more hp compared with the rest of the segments.
-Damaging the clones of conquest doesn't hurt the original anymore.
-Scolex has much less hp but it now have a big damage resistance while doing the tail attack
You can use mods like "Da Rules" / "The Rules" to spawn in a regular D6 for Isaac again.
