The one that needs to read is someone else. Changelog says VOID portal spawns after mother, not that you can go to cathedral/sheol. And this mod also enables the hush door to appear too.

I believe the Mama Mega explosion is considered an effect, so I guess the best way to be to check for that effect spawning rather the player using a certain item

Thanks! Oh, and while you're at it, if you haven't already, you could also apply this to when the player has a Dimensional Key (from the Epiphany mod), which also guarantees a Void spawn after beating Mother

Updated to support Rep+: it doesn't spawn the Void portal since you're already getting one.
Only if you're using Rep+ though. If you're still in Repentance there should be nothing changed.

Apparently the newest Rep+ update (1.9.7.6) guarantees a Void spawn after beating Mother if you already have her completion mark on your character

Yeah, uh. Not a great idea to push fixes without testing them or even installing the mod you're adding compatibility for.
But now I've done that and it's working properly now, for realsies.

@Blockido kill Mom (depths 2) on a vanilla file(no mods, no console, no Repentogon) and you'll be able to play modded with achievements on, as "Nuts)" said, this is how all mods operate

@EL MONSTRUO COME GALLETAS yes! Was about to fight Mother as Keeper, and enabled this mod because the run was just too good... and was able to continue to Cathedral!

Unfortunately my run ended there because I forgot that I took the Negative
