Yes, it was my first decision.
But I lost some buildings (included this building).
I've decided to rebuild some parts/gaps in my game and yes, now I have new westhafen.

I've added the mod/asset which you recommend, however still it hasn't helped.

@Snowwie Please check, are you subscribed to Barges ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2487163475 )? Maybe you were subscribed to the unofficial fix (which is now removed)?

Today, loading my city, yesterday both the Westhafen Lagerhalle and the Simple Harbor were still there, now both gone. I need to check it out where they went since they are still here.

Thank you for your help in finding and solving problems related to this mod.
Unfortunately, BloodyPenguin no longer updates their mods. Because of this, I am also unable to update some of my assets.

Update, barges work normally. If you get an error from building a new barge port, just restart your game and bulldoze the old port and build a new one. After that, you'll get the land road and ferry road in place normally.

I've yet to see wheter barges work, but according to StayHungryStayFoolish , they work with P6P patch. I'm not 100% sure whether this is related or not, but with Jackscrj's fix, the garbages are collected without problems again. I uninstalled the original barges mod. The buildings seem to be built properly despite the error. I just had to restart my game to get them visible. However, the storage function doesn't work and gives an error when you choose a resource. It also has a bug when a garbage truck tries to collect garbage. Garbage trucks indefinitely collect garbage and compress them and they don't stop blocking the traffic.

Would love this building back. Downloaded it and caused my game to glitch out with other buildings. Like blanked the other buildings out completely when near it, deleted it and instantly came right back. Please repair at earliest convenience, as this is a beautiful addition. I was in a Snowfall map if that makes any difference.

Could you fix the winter edition too, there is an extra slab above the building.

Still the issue with the failed load. Would be very nice to see this great asset back in the game.

Sorry, I cannot update or create content for the game right now. Perhaps I'll start in October.

This is great, but I'm having an issue where the harbor stops working and needs to be rebuilt each time I restart the game. I'm pretty sure it's just this one, and not the "basic" version.

@Gerrie de B. The warehouse functionality is completely separate from the main (harbor) functionality, so it doesn't affect spawning. If you use TM:PE, TM:PE could be the reason why they aren't spawning. There's a bug there that prevents them from spawning in some cases.
We already solved the issue with TM:PE developer and he should publish the fix today.

I have the same issue as Mike, two docks connected, no barges spawning. Just a question: the two docks connected, do they need to have the same product?

@BloodyPenguin : You are right, this is the most stupid mistake I could ever make, by NOT enabling it in the content manager. It's fixed now. I was initially thinking these Barges and the corresponding buildings were just assets and would be loaded automatically, but of course it's a mod in it's own way because it uses the Ferry path. Should have known that, but thank you for reminding me :-)

@Snowwie Looks like the Barges mod has not loaded. Either you haven't subscribed to it, or steam failed to download it (you need to re-verify local files, or unsub/re-sign it) or didn't enable it in the Content Manager.

My loading screen mod says "Barge 1 , 2 , 3 - failed to load" after subscribing to all necessary items. ??

@mike Works fine for me. Go to the Barges mod Steam page and make sure you set up everything correctly (ferry path, ...). If it still doesn't work it's best to leave a message there, not on this page as this is just an asset.

i downloadedx the mod the barges and the port but for some reason the barges dont spwan. and it stays at 1% full. i only have a few mods running maybe in copatable

@AliTarGz It works for me though. The issue is that there's an invisible horizontal polygon at the roof level and the snow gets generated there. Looks like the harbor has a hat :D
