I think the issues are the data core and the startpos file for the starting units and buildings. Both need to be up to date or cause problems otherwise.
Like I said in the other comment I'll update the mod when I have time. However I want to get rid of both before I upload a new version because there are easy workarounds for it. I just didn't know how to do so when I first created this mod.

After several tests to find where the bug comes (i got a really big list of mod) i can tell you this mod break also the new Rune Magic for Dwarves (some are not usable -speed slowness breaking- and others are duplicated in battle -you got the normal button on the magic panel but also around the portrait-).

I tested it and everything worked (except the starting units but that's because only one startpos file can work at a time). You have to make sure mixu's unlocker has a higher priority in KMM but that's the case if you just sort by packfile name.

It seems this is incompatible with mixu cuz when i use mixu + this i can't choose any of mixu LL

@Gleen Cross For units it's already done by Bastilean, I linked his mod in the description. For generals it's a bit more difficult because I think it requires scripting and I don't know much about it. But I'll look into it.

@HolyK. It already was kinda compatible, I only changed some table names to give SFO data (like upkeep and building cost) a higher priority. Now it should be fully compatible. So there's no need for a submod.

It would be cool if Skarsnik had all the orc units locked, including lords and heroes, until he conquers the eight peaks. That way both the player and the AI will be forced to use 100% goblin based armies

Nice mod, I do like Skarsnik. Is it possible for you to alter Skarsnik's AI in battle so he won't use the Wizard AI and just run away all the time?
