@//SlipperyPete:. So, that actually did exist for a while, but it had some mod conflicts I couldn't figure out, so it's not on the workshop anymore. I don't intend to re-release it.

I'm not sure if you have any interest in doing so, but would you be able to make a separate mod that just changes the light sensitivity value of the existing Devilstrand asset instead of adding a new plant? (or a mod option for this mod that allows that). Personally, I'd rather just have the existing Devilstrand not require light putting it in line with other mushrooms instead of an extra plant to add to my already swamped grow list (I used Plants Expanded). Either way, thanks for making this.

Okay so I added the mod to my save and I dont have any new plants ready so I dont know if its a problem of the mod or that I added it to my already existing save

@Bo Sinn lover It's safe to add to an existing playthrough. This mod doesn't change the original devilstrand, it adds a new plant which is devilstrand that grows in the dark.

Thanks for this mod, I was looking for something like this for my undergrounder runs. But if possible I would request you lower the research requirement as it currently feels over the top. The best would be to just simply merge it in with the default devilstrand research but if that's not possible then significantly lowering the amount of required research points would be appreciated.

oh gosh thanks! I didn't see that the lite version was what I was looking for. I don't think I have any other mods that change devilstrand so I'll see if it works!

@Soraya Yeah you think that would work, but that version had a complete cavelcade of bugs when used with other mods that change devilstrand, so i ended up abandoning it. It's still in the description listed as the light version, but I won't work on it anymore

So after some reordering of Mod Load order, I've found "sort of" the issue. It's not much help, but out of 3 of my saves using the Semi-Random Research Mod sometimes the regular Devilstrand Research shows up as Dark Devilstrand, then Dark Devilstrand will show up again afterwards which is the real one. 2 of the saves did this and the third happened as normal. All 3 saves are using the exact same mods in the exact same order. So I'm not entirely sure what's causing it, but if I had to guess it's a mod that's effecting the Research Tab.

After using the Reorderer Mod to enable the second research screen I can see both named correctly and I have in fact only researched Devilstrand. Anyone else who's getting this issue might want to install Reorderer and have a look to see if it's the same for them.

Yeah also took on the research, but it's not appearing in my growing list. Might be a mod compatibility issue, I'll try reordering some mods and see if it appears and report back.

@AnotherAbyss Yea, the old version was kinda busted, because it had a ton of mod conflicts, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it, so I unlisted it.

it'd be nice to have a devilstrand mod where devilstrand requieres that you feed the muhrooms dead organic matter on a dark place in order to go, that's give me a productive way of dealing with the dozens of corpses that i get laying around my base after a raid.

Awesome mod for tunnelers/darkness memes in the new Ideology DLC, I got a sunblocker event a few days into my darkness loving colony so I just left it there which unfortunetly meant no more crop growing except fungus, so I tried growing devilstrand in darkness and was upset it didn't work...

So thanks a lot for this mod, great work!
