Report a translation problem
sadly there's one bug and one balance issue.
{I also have a idea i'm just gonna leave here, and hope it inspires someone with the skills}
bug: if you defend a castle, after the battle they will sometimes disappear from garrison.
Balance issue: all these Onna are available to all teams from turn one, which clutters up the recruitment page and means you can have matchlocks on turn one as any clan.
Idea: move them to their own building (the way ships are done) so they dont clutter main recruitment table and make sure you cant get them if u cant get normal matchlocks.
OR theres the easy way, one could replace garrisons with them to make it feel the the howl town came to help defend their homes

They're all refugees and widows who have taken up arms against the Shogunate.
While they'd lack the normal three agents, they'd have Geshia right out the gate. They could generate daughters at a faster rate than other Clans. Adopted daughters so to speak. They could then either marry them off or let them take charge as generals.
Call it the Sakura Onna Clan. That would be awesome.

no matter win or lose my female ashigaru troops will just disappear
If these things interest you then it would be cool to see it included in the next version as a feature inclusion, or balance rework. Otherwise Ill leave it here for people looking at the mod to take note of.
