If you mean original M203 reskins, nope, it uses a different material. It is however fully compatible with mods that replace the M203 model (aka does not cause problems)

This might be the first good (for my tastes at least) use of GGX I've ever seen in a game that doesn't natively use it - aside from some low quality textures on the rear sight and charging handle, this looks pretty good
