copy them to the kenshi MODS folder
rename them to the mod name
select them all in mod creator for kenshi and do "new patch"
go into the patch and go to your custom races
use dropdown and select "animation files" and select whatever you want to patch
after youre done ctrl+s and the patch will be done
very simple explanation im sure you can figure it out. really isnt too hard and you shouldnt pester mod creators to go out of their way and do 4 minutes of work that you could easily do
Shirt slot is locked, others are usable (guess it's the reason why chest hp is higher)

Parts of that thing just glow at night.. that's quite cool..
I'm curious about its fundamental stats though. Like how much it differs from regular skeletons--if at all. Stuff like limb HP, equipment slots, bleed rate, etc would be good to know too.
Also I'm not sure how custom races work. Do they use existing animations or have their own?
