If you ever plan on expanding this mod, maybe have the security guard wake up too like if HL1, since for some reason CC did not include that.
Also i found a bug with the vanilla animation were the guard opens his eyes after a few miniuts and even starts blinking.

Alright jokes aside thank you for the fixes, tested all the issues i mentionned and it seems that everything works now.
on the side note, one last question, not directly related to your mod but since you're playing black mesa right now.
The guards that use shotguns like the one that hide in a office in "On A Rail", is it just me or a they really stupid ? Like they can't shoot when they take damage and they can't run and gun, they have to stand completly still to shoot. But they mostly run around and cower instead of fighting most of the time, especially against xen creatures.
I have tested this with vanilla animations as well.
Just asking to be sure if it's the game or if that's on my end.
Also another thing i saw while playing, but i'm pretty sure it's a vanilla problem, is that when the guard reload his pistol, if he move while reloading, it cancels the reload, so he has to be completly still or he will be stuck reloading his weapon forever.
One last thing, i think it's intentional but, the guard you have to save in office complex when attacked by his buddy turned zombie, normally he would kick him away before retreating. With this mod he just turn around and does nothing before getting killed.
I don't know if a fix is possible from the creator.
Either way, awesome work. Definitely adding to my "must have" mod list.
1) Open [ImprovedChoreo].vpk with VPKEdit
2) Navigate to [ImprovedChoreo] -> models
3) Delete police_animations.mdl
