I have ported some of the Black Mesa guns already, check my workshop submissions and you'll see them

I don't really know what you mean with "phong", I did recently (hopefully) fix them so they don't look like they're made of plastic anymore, that might be it, I haven't tried making a new poster with the changed textures yet.
