@H O N K : Thanks for pointing out the midas issue, but as the ground also falls in Lee Chemicals' Sandbox in my quick test, i would say it's a general midas touch issue, not mine.

@Shuggy Radgers In short: You create a spawn.txt and add instances inside your mod. Best is you ask in discord. Lots of people there that can help, as it's not really something that can be explained inside a workshop comment.
