I downloaded the mod, and it seems like a lot of fun, but I haven't tested it yet because I haven't had any Frankenstein soldiers at this point XDXDXDXD
I'd just really like to know what the visual customization mods are for the first 3 images
I know that the one in the first one has the torso of the Titan armor from XCOM 1, and we already have a mod for that, and I suspect that the arms in the third image are the arms of a Titanfall Spark mod... however, I'd really like to know if the legs are being used and how they're using Spark weapons (I think XD)? I'm also unsure about the helmets

While using SAVR there is no way to fire their weapon besides overwatch so im wondering what I cna do to fix it.

Hello guys and girls. The author has not updated this mod for a long time.
In order for classes to use normal animations, you need to delete in the config abilities related to animations (such as Augmented Berserker).
The author apparently wanted all abilities (including simple shots and punches) consumed shield or health. But this does not work, since health and shields are not regenerated with each turn. Not to mention that the attack may not hit 😆
I love mods Alterd-Rushnano but he was always bad with balance. But it’s great with design and animations, well-developed works.

픽서카버의 주무장으로 키네틱스트라이크모듈을 사용하고 있는데, 조선인 키네틱 스트라이크 모듈은 픽서카버에게 주무장으로는 안달리고 보조무장으로만 달리는 문제가 있네요. 주무장이 일반 KSM(1,2,3티어)인 상태에서 보조로 조선KSM을 보조에 달았다고 해서 듀얼밀리웨폰으로 판정하는 것도 아니고 데미지 판정은 주무장인 KSM만 판정되는듯? 이게 (다른모드와의 의도치 않은 복합작용으로 인해)저만 겪는 문제인지 아니면 모드 제작하시면서 (픽서카버의 주무장으로 KSM을 지정할때 혹은 KSM모드측에서 조선KSM을 업데이트하면서) 빼먹은 부분인지 시간되시면 한번 확인해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

They look too cool to be just a class available at first. Maybe there is some option to make at least a technology that will open them? For example, similar to setting augmentation, but only the soldier will completely transform into one of these classes?

Will these classes just be available for leveling as normal? Or are there special conditions for a fighter to receive a similar class?

Hello, i have a non Problem. Is there an easy way to remove/refvert the animation used for weapons by the classes? i know it would look janky. i am using the XSkin by Iridar and wanted to give my units pistol as a joke reference to the noisy cricket (men in black). but sadly it does not change the animations.

@Pete van de Pete my install had a problem where all of the classes could not use any weapons, but a fresh install of the game and mod fixed it

@Alterd-Rushnano While i enjoy this mod(made little adaptation to my mod collection that include Lwotc), way they fire is weird.Instead giving them spark guns,why not making them their own unique guns??

I am having the same issue as Dragonlord, with the primary weapon not wanting to be fired. I have been unable to find a workaround for it, so far.

If you get into it have a look at framed also. For some reason slash is disabled on swords. Making them nob usable. Thanks.

It's good that you tried to find a solution to this issue. The problem is... I seem to have been too greedy for the Fixer class. The old version was roasted while testing the new feature, so we missed the time to update the Standard Shot issue you requested. This problem...we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

And another thing (that is triggering me because i am weird) using autocannons for some reason makes them used like cannons? Instead of shooting them normally they hold and reload like it's a MG Cannon.

Also yeah after alot of looking it seems that instead of stopping them from firing the spark rifle it stops them from firing ANY weapon on primary slot. :steamfacepalm: Hoping for that update @Alterd-Rushnano since it seems you are still active in modding

For one reason or another, perhaps related to True Primary Secondaries, between play sessions I lost the ability to give my Fixer CNDRs pistol primaries.

Most likely it will be what you think.
In the early days, this mod was very simple, just rearranging LWP-based skills. However, my connection to the LWP is declining due to my continuous research and updates.

In particular, in the current test version, most of the Fixer classes have their own skill tree, and there is little room for existing LWP skills. I promise this mod will no longer require LW2 Classes and Perks in the next updater.

Is it possible to run this without the lw2 class and perk pack? Im just not a huge fan of the changes it makes to base game perks. Love your mods btw they are all very fresh and unique. Thanks in advance.

i am sorry, i was just confused that i can overwatch but not normal shoot. and i could use the spark sniper normaly. I understand your reasoning, I must have not noticed it be writen somewhere. Maybe allow them to use normal weapons then because not having a normal way to fire

I intentionally set the Fixer class to not be able to shoot standard shots with Spark rifles. (a penalty for strong firepower and to differentiate it from a cannon)

However, looking at all the comments so far, most players are simply uncomfortable with this issue. After all, this feature isn't working as I intended, and that's why I'll fix this in my next update.

A lot of people think this is a bug, but unfortunately IT IS NOT THE BUG, it's intended.

I recommend making a backup of your Fixer class mods. There will be a major update soon, including fixes for bonding issues. If you're running an existing campaign, you'll want to back up this mod to keep the game running smoothly.

Don't know if anyone else discovered this or not, but I found a way to get past the bonding restriction once your soldier becomes one of the Fixer Classes. Before you turn them into a Fixer, just bond them with a person, and the bond survives the upgrade process, which is quite fantastic.

Also commanders choice works great for getting these classes.

Also if you want to add some extra power to your Fixers, wait till you get the higher level cybernetics, then you can add grapple hooks, speed boosts, aim augmentations and all other manner of crazy shit.

Are augmentations really a hard requirement? It seems that this is a class pack, it doesn't really interact with augments other than flavour wise.
The description wasn't clear; When promoting to theses classes, your soldier won't get augmentations or get those cosmetics from the pictures. They are classes with Spark weapons.
Haven't tried them yet, just test to promote. But the idea sounds awesome!

Is the Fixer class natively restricted from being allowed on covert actions? I have a huge list of mods running so it might not be, but if it is is there a way to allow them? I thought they were tied to the spark unit, but the Allow Robots on Covert Action mod doesn't fix this. Any info would be awesome, even just a pointer in the right direction.

@SamVengance I asked a similar question and never got an answer. In my experience I was able to get the classes in one of two ways. You can either train a rookie using the facility or some rookies have a chance to become one of these classes during promotion. There is also the option of using dev console if you don't mind "cheating"
