@Israellycool this increases the max number, not the chance of actually rolling the Covert Action each month. Chances are it'll show up eventually.

Hey so I don't think this mod is working for me I have Max reputation with each faction. Only got 2 reapers, same as usual. Do I need to install anything additional to this mod or do some coding stuff? (Going through the files etc.) Thanks again for this mod!

@NightmareDream you still have to get the covert actions to get them which require full friendliness with each faction. this mod only increases the max you can have

RMHFA doesn't change the number itself, info in that mod for increasing number is exactly what this mod does.

I'm not using lwotc. I'm mostly using cosmetic mods and map mods. I am using Recruit Multiple Heroes From All, but it's not supposed to interfere with this mod, right?

@rather incoherent - if running CI you don't need 'multiple heroes for all' to remove the 'first faction' restriction, as CI has this removed anyway. THIS mod increases the total available. CI/Multiple heroes for all is what makes the Total Available apply to ALL factions not just the first faction.

I'm a bit confused by that line. What requirements is it referring to? It's been brought to my attention that it could mean that this mod is redundant with CI (and if that is what it means, is it identically redundant or just as far as the GTS cohort perks are redundant?)

Is there any way to make it so that the recruited heroes don't appear with the level of your top soldier? It kinda ruins the fun of growing your soldier.

I'm not being provided the covert operation to recruit new faction soldiers, even though I've only got two of each and I've raised my influence with all factions by two. Is this mod LWoTC compatible?

I noticed when playing around with the numbers in the config for RMHFA that if it goes above 2, you will only get covert actions for the first faction until you get heroes up to the limit, then from the second faction, then from the third. (So if it were, say, 5/5/5 you'd only get covert actions to recruit Reapers until you had 5, then Skirmishers until you had 5, and finally Templars.) It's mostly hidden behavior when the limits are 2/2/2, but with 3/3/3 or higher it became noticeable.Does this mod fix the issue and randomize the order you get heroes in?

Gotchya. Oh, also i fixed the issue with your avenger-armour mod. Apparently, 'Fortress grants Frost Immunity', was causing the issue - frmo what i know most likely, since app it contradicted WOTC code and that.

It's just the increased number, it doesn't remove the 'first faction' restriction. So you need MHFA for that, unless you are running Covert Infiltration, which does that itself.

Ah I see thank you. I seem to only be getting covert ops for the first faction. I thought that the others were being restricted but does this mean I have just been unlucky with the covert ops which have been coming up?

This mod increases the max faction heroes you can recruit for Unrestricted factions. In vanilla, only the first faction is Unrestricted. CI itself removes the restrictions from the other 2 factions which is why RMHFA conflicts with it (and wouldn't be needed even if it didn't).

I was hoping to use this along with RMHFA to increase faction from 2:1:1 which I currently have to 2:2:2. However, CI warns I must remove RMHFA, but from an earlier post this mod alone seems to only allow an increase to the first faction you met. Have I misread this?

Hm, the bug about the character pool is also interesting. I've never noticed it but I have always experienced it. I just thought I didn't have enough faction heroes in the pool... even though I must have lol.

Hi, maybe this has already been figured out or asked to death or whatever but, is there a way to recruit multiple faction soldiers per covert action? I hate getting faction soldiers mid/lategame and having them be a high level, and I don't trust myself to AddFactionHeroes a bunch in the first month and just not use them.

I've gotten most of my Reapers from my character pool, though at least one is random. I don't really have many skirmishers, but I got two of them at least. Templars are very mixed.

Even setting that makes no difference, after the first 2 faction heroes, they are all randomly generated.

Currently, the only way to get around the bug is setting the game to only take characters from the pool. However its still mostly random/

@Masterman the tricky thing with that bug is finding where the generation for faction soldiers actually is, because all of the usual settings to define soldier generation don't seem to have any effect. I suspect it's linked to how Lost & Abandoned is handled with Outrider and Mox, but actually finding out how that's done is proving 'challenging.

Does this mod fix the issue of adding non character pool Heroes to the game when you still have some in the pool?
