Hey, can you tell me the clothing slot used by the body armor? I made leather armor and I want it to fit inside the body armor layer, but I don't know what it's called.

If the texture orientation does not change along with the pawn's orientation, the texture filename may be incorrect, so please check that as well.

To increase armor's resistance to cold and heat,
try increasing the values for <StuffEffectMultiplierInsulation_Cold> and <StuffEffectMultiplierInsulation_Heat>.

First off, each armor piece's resistances are influenced by the materials used. In particular, I believe most vanilla armor in this game had low heat resistance.
However, I don't think it was possible to increase heat resistance alone,
so try adjusting the <StuffEffectMultiplierArmor> values to find a compromise you can live with.

I added a new leather helmet by simply copying and pasting the code. Everything works except for the helmet's display in the game. It always faces forward, even if the pawn has its back to me. Where did I go wrong?

Hello, I'm making a mod for myself from your mod. I replaced some of your clothing textures with clothes from vanilla expanded, and also removed your shoes and fabric arm wraps, leaving the leather ones. I added items from ETRT: Tribal Apparel and from the River's Tribal Mittens and River's Tribal Shoes mods. Can you tell me how to change the stats of items in your mod? Add resistance to cold or heat, as well as add protection, and change the material from which the item is created?

I currently need to add two leather hoods (I think copying, pasting, and slightly changing the name will help), but I don't know how to add a crown for metal crafting. After adding all the items, I plan to balance everything with coefficients of 0.3, 0.2, and so on until I'm satisfied.
I want to make a hat and a fur coat—meaning only fur, no leather, no fabric—very warm. Can you tell me if this is possible?

I would also really like to know how to replace the leather for crafting with metal (steel and plastic steel) for the crown, and if you know how to add effects like +20% social influence, +15% pain tolerance (like the banner from vanilla expand), I would be grateful for a tip

Could you tell me the overall protection? I can't make the leather armor from my mod protect well against piercing damage but poorly against blunt and fire damage? Or does it depend on the material? The item itself has a base armor of 0.3.
I also understand that both heat and cold work, right? But what do the 0.2 and 0.3 coefficients affect? ​​Is it a multiplier based on the material it's made from?

Yeah the defense armor for the heavy pelt armor is actually quite good / serviceable and I'd say still in the balanced range due to heavy cost but the heat/cold insulation is off the charts when you wear a full set of the woven variant (-40 to 70 degrees!) and the pelt armor should realistically be uncomfortable when you wear that much in hot weather. Reducing the heat insulation would be a good balance as a full set is now better than a full devilstrand of good quality vs heat. I can mod it for myself of course, I'm just thinking about overal balance for everyone that installs it. Again, I love the art man :) really well done. Fits in with the game. Thank you for this mod!

I have dared to set the performance at a higher level.
I designed these armor to be competitive with industrial tech and spacer tech.

The tribes originally had very low defenses, so I felt they were at a disadvantage.

I love the art pieces and equipment are all really well done, better than vanilla I dare say, but it's a little OP when you put all the pieces together.

I put normal to good cloth woven armor on my pawn and he has -43 to +75 degrees celcius of heat and cold insulation ... now ... that is honestly crazy and better than all vanilla devilstrand duster setup. Not only is he wearing gear to protect himself against the worst day in the sahara, he can walk out into the bitter cold of the north pole no problem. Arguably his armor is ♥♥♥♥ at only 19% but you can see that this is a little stronk yes?

The pelt armor has a similar problem. All the pieces together are quite powerful. You can choose between the winter or summer mantle, each adding an insane amount of heat or cold insulation at the level of a parka or double duster. The armor is I'd say not as unbalanced but still too high.

Love the art man, really do, looks amazing.
