Idk why steam has not been giving me notification for the comments here so now that I noticed
1. Just checked and it is still working
2. I don't know a way to input custom time. Afaik it is not possible.
3. Rain is heavily baked into the scene so it's hard to remove.

It shouldn't. The script gets the system time and triggers based on that. So speed should not matter.

Does it affect something when you turn the speed lower ? Like when the day time comes at 10 am for example instead of 6 am.
