It's intended mainly for scenarios which permit a virtual arsenal, but I'm willing to extend it to the default RHS backpacks in a future update.

inconvenient mod. when a static weapon appears in a mission and you disassemble it, it is disassembled into its own 2 backpacks. Your system works only if the static technique is collected from the backpack initially, but this is impossible in the mission
