could this be tweaked to allow the default jumpsuit/underlay to show when soldiers are recovering in the med bay?

Thanks for the reply, I put the slider to max now and its cool to see my soldiers wear their armor and all that walking around. I did notice I had a invisible gun floating in the training center after no one was there as they finished their bond training. If I save and reload the gun will either disappear or come back for a few seconds before phasing out of existence lol

Performance takes a small hit depending on what detail you set, it works at all detail levels so it's a case of finding your own personal sweet spot.

And what if i use any other replacer? I know its not maybe the best place to ask, but i tried some mods that changes basic appearance of the crew but they all got their helmets on, and im miserable at this point trying to find a solution to make it not immersion breaking :)

Is there any way to remove soldiers helmet/head options on avenger? Cause sometimes it gets ridiculous with them like sitting at the bar drinking with the gasmask on

@Jontej I have Bradford in the Avenger fairly regularly, the only suggestion I can make is try reducing the number of spawned Clerks in the configs.

Any chance you could add a setting in a config to enable this crazy buggy mechanic or would it not be able to work? With a warning stating the buggyness?

The original Wear Armour on the Avenger mod allows them to appear i think, but it is rather buggy, hence why i restricted it in this mod.

I recall one mod made the Full MecTrooper show in the avenger but i thought it was buggy and therefor removed from the mod.

Also found out i where using 3 mods doing the same thanks to you.
tho one of the other 2 from the total 3. yours being the 3rd meaning before adding your managed to get them showing.

@SGAMEZ unfortunately the choice was MecTroopers use the standard OffDuty Rigging or don't appear on the Avenger anthill at all. Note this is purely a visual mod for the soldiers appearing in the rooms, it has no effect on gameplay.

So if i read your description correct the MecTropper is not using the full MecSuit? i would like them to to do that as i I'm unsure to what is the Mec and who is only using the cosmetic Non Mec Torso.

How is "detail level" determined? Especially if you alter the graphics settings to make a custom level of graphics.

@valaso no. If you create a vip in the character pool (make someone and check appear as vip) and they spawn as a scientist or an engineer for you, they will retain their full customisation not just their head as they would in vanilla.

@MrCloista so in lame mans terms you can use soldiers as engineers and scientists on the avengers but you are sacrificing them being on the field?

@MrCloista I don't suppose you know of any way to make Tygans glasses fit female heads?
I tried to simply add them to the female options through the .ini but unfortunately they don't sit right :steamhappy:

They are generated every time the avenger 'reloads' they are definitely not permanent.

In reddit someone told me that they are permanent, they are generated at the start of the campaing. So they will stay forever, until I fulfilled the ship with personal I suppose.

The way it works is you have X total slots on the avenger. This is the Visible Crew number. Soldiers and VIPs will fill the slots first, and then clerks will fill any unfilled slots up to the max number of clerks set (which is set for different Acts, also in this mod).

A question for expert modders: are the Avenger clerks always the same or do they change over time?
When I increase the number of soldiers and engineers/scientists, will the clerks disappear or will there always be a fixed amount?

I know they are strange questions but I have not found information about it anywhere.

@Orton Ville I'm not sure what you're asking? This makes eng/Sci wear their character pool Outfits by design. Only random ones will wear the grey underlay. I didn't change the default Outfits for the eng/Sci only the Clerks (background characters).

My Engineers and Scientists still wear their flamboyant bright colored purple, orange and red kevlar armors, started a new game, deleted config, still the same. Only 1 Engineer wearing the green classic uniform in proving ground and 1 Scientist wearing a lab coat in the infirmary. Comms, Power Relay, Laboratory staff - nary a gray underlay.

Yes, but I am playing LWoTC and the units stay in the Avenger even when they are "on a mission".
Exist any way to remove or desactive a mod and make the warning messege when you try to reload a game dont apper? It will be apreciated.

Nice mod! But can be disables or reduced mid campaing? Is nice to see all crew in the initial 1st tier chothes, but not so much which Tier 2 or War-Heavy Tiers 3.

@d_valroth then some other mod is altering the configs. The part of this mod that handles spawns is literally a config edit and that's all.

There must be at least one other. At least I can keep mods with older copies of files in mind if I ever figure it out. I actually have 3 soldiers and 1 clerk now, so it IS working, but something is blocking most of the spawns.
