Besides I'm not into the whole Beast side of Vampires I just like the drama that Vampires have to deal with for living so long.

I'd like a option to change how fast their blood will drain and how much they can hold. Vampires killed everyone in my Campaign because they wouldn't go get bloodpacks.

hey there, just letting you know theres an issue/conflict with WalkingProblems AdvancedAnimalFramework

if you add
x.GetName().Name != "AnimalJobs" &&
x.GetName().Name != "AnimalVehicles" &&
x.GetName().Name != "AnimalWeaponFramework")

to each of the filters in HarmonyPatches_Givers it resolves the issue, theres already filters for WalkingProblems other mods (Bugs and Smurfes) so looks to be a common thing with his stuff

How do I get more blood packs once I run out? Can't seem to find a research for it. Don't want my colonists being bitten constantly.

Children and pregnancy mod conflicts, makes game super slow and pawns don't move haha. Once disabled, works well =)

Why won't it let me start with a vampire any higher than a level 5, I've tried several times to do so and everytime I start my toon appears from the coffin with no vampirism whatsoever.
Any ideas or fixes?

can someone PLEASE fix the needs and jobgiver patches for this mod? they cause a metric fuckton of errors and its horrible for compatiblity

This mod causes massive frame drops after about 2 hrs of playtime. It goes to a crawl. I've tried moving all my mods about and it's definitely this that causes it. Can you look into it please?

Am loving the mod and hope it gets sorted asap.

something about the jobgiver patches in this mod has royally fucked up my game, so i'm going to have to remove it until i figure out why this is happening.

I know this is lorebreaking but is there any way to make Vampires immune to sunlight? just like normal pawns. Also how do i add a 3rd gen Methusela vamps / condition to ma pawns?

@Zatio: This mod works but you need to disable thirst for the vampire hediff and race in Bad Hygiene's mod settings.

A shame this mod dont work with Dubs Bad Hygiene , when water is toggled on vampires die to thirst because they cant drink water tho they still go to wash up.

yes. vampires in the lore cant use drugs, so jecrell made it so they cant use them in the mod

My vampires are prioritizing feeding over literally anything, if I tell them to do something and they're not drafted, they'll always feed first, and they keep feeding on newly captured prisoners, the ones who just got treated for massive wounds, and have blood loss... Killing them, is there any fixes to these issues?

@EvilNecroid, it'll go some way to fixing it, but for some reason it still does half the sunlight checks even if they're set to no AI mode. I changed the code very slightly to skip them if the pawn is in NoAI mode and it has a huge performance boost.

Just wanna say real quick, If any of you are getting the vampire freezing bug the alien framework mod seems to patch it. HOWEVER, the framework mod is a little bugged right now with skin colors. They seem to be fairly active and will probably fix it soon though.

Getting the vampire freezing bug, whenever I load into the game ill get a bunch of errors in the log and the pawns will refuse to move.

So do vampires survive from other organ's destruction like both kidneys or the liver? The heart I can understand them dying from missing. Sorry for the questions, I just have no idea where the compatibility with vampires and death rattle is since ive been lucky enough that mine haven't lost their internal organs. Yet.

@EvilNecroid it's definitely the sunlight AI, more specifically, the part that calculates if the vampire can get to a destination without dying. I tried messing around with a few optimisations, mainly caching the results of frequent calls and only recalcuating them every few hundred ticks, but even with that the main sunlight pathing calculations are just crazy intense.

@himedo15 - I made a fix for for that issue. Was actually an issue without Death Rattle as well, vampires would die if they lost both their lungs. Now they won't die or asphyxiate (with death rattle)

@kamikoto00 feel free to merge it into your steam release if you like (just 2 harmony prefixes, one for PawnCapacitiesHandler.CapableOf and one for Death Rattle's version of it, so that they return true if checking a vampire's breathing capability).

when vampires get a debuff on breathing, they start dying of oxygen deprivation which they shouldn't because they do not breathe.

phew.. I love this mod, but it's too much poor. can't you just remove damn sunlight AI thing and not dead in the sunlight but being weak? that AI thing gives a lot of tick and bug. this mod really needs a diet.

I can't spawn any vampires lower than gen 5 i tried the older version and it works but this does not spawn anything below 5.
