Ah and I managed to make it work!!!! the 40 units invasion. All u need to do incase you guvs or any other person wants too is to add more mandatory units to the spawned armies. So I added more units archeon, kholek, sigvald, sarthorael, extra chaos, beastmen and norsca so in total would be 39 units and worked like a charm :D

Btw when playing with 40 units u need to adjust other things like garrisons cause as I said the ai don't have much problem and will attack you with 30-40 stack as it was 20 but you don't have the money at the beggining so the game get harder at early stages. Just a few econ mods or even reducing the upkeep will balance this out though.

yes. 40 is the limit though. As u can go to 50-60 but the ai will not use it. But 40 play as good never had any bugs. It works since empire total war. Idk why ca didn't added as a option. Its good to use a few economic mods as u will have double units. For ai dosen't matter as much if u play legendary as they get a ton of bonus they can sustain easy the 40 units lol

Sup guv or any other helpfull member. I use the 40units mod so If I want to edit the invasion to spawn 30-40 units instead of 20 is it hard to do it? Where should I look for? I tried to search using the rpfm but only find number of armies, turns etc. Thx a lot

Since I am a fan of Guv himself, here I edit his script to prevent that "anti-climatic" ending.

faction:is_dead() == true

Now you have to kill everyone to make that Age of Peace happening.

yeah it seems that if u kill all 3 in the same turn the invasion is over (same on vanilla btw) Kind of anti-climatic. Probably is a line on the script. Do u know what I need to change/or look to fix this? Ty guv

Guv, maybe you mentiond, but how many hords spawn? Is it depends on the chaos invasion difficulty level? If not, can you tell me how is the army multiplier works in settings?

well I don't really know my man. I feel with this mod that I have seen the 3 Legendary Lords axed and they are still around. For me I need to slay every single army.

When you play as Norsca there is no standard chaos invasion. Instead when you gain all favor for one of chaos gods, the pretenders of the other gods show up. After you defeat them there is an event about Archaon in which if choose to challenge him there is small Chaos invasion.

Does this mod effects their army composition or size ?

Eh ... unfortunately the mod does not fix the recruitment bug of the Chaos AI :( After the battle, Chaos does not recruit new units. :steamsad:

In the scripts of your mod, I only noticed the composition of the armies for the first wave:

This mod legit works. The first mod I've found that actually works with SFO in this version.

Made a bit of modification on my own, changed horde numbers from 4-8 to 8-30. This should be a proper hell now I suppose, just as intended.

It feels like there is some kind of limit on the movement of the Chaos troops, and if this limit is exceeded, then the rest of the armies will stand until you destroy those armies that are moving.

Should scale like vanilla on Legendary. shouldn't be too hard for you to edit it yourself. At the top of the ChaosInvasion script you find number of hordes to spawn during early and late.

Quick question, how does this scale with the chaos invasion slider? I've done a Legendary chaos invasion with an x5 multiplier before, which was a lot, but ended up survivable and I think that's kind of where I'm looking to set the challenge (100+ stacks and they still sort of ran out of steam before they got as far as Bretonnia).

I am currently using a bunch of them, but the likely culprits are the OvN Storm of Chaos, Thanos_Ball's event compilation and Flamboyant's event compilation. So if it isn't something you have experienced or intended it is probably one of those compilations giving issues.

Does anyone have a billion Norscans spawn in 'Nordland' under the Chaos Gathering faction while using this mod? Keeps happening every turn after turn 35-ish. I can't currently see it as I am playing DE but I would like to find the culprit. Love the mod otherwise!

Hiya back to using this again but is there something that can be done about, or even just suggestions on what can be done about the chaos spawning in the northwest corner of the map?

Currently just dropped my Naggaroth campaign because I didn't know they would spawn there and had crap garrisons with my army far away + this mod. Fucked myself over, royally.

Well thanks still, at least we know now it's not a "feature".

I will start to sweat a bit if a 3rd wave spawns and the chaos in the east still haven't managed to get past kislev for whatever reason still.
