Works also with SFO. Tested: Orion's starting Hawk had Volley and the same stats as Sisters' Hawks. Though this mod isn't as needed as in vanilla because it's weaker even for the SFO integrated Sisters' Hawks because it wasn't buffed from vanilla level unlike hp and certain othter things. So the Volley isn't a unit deleter there (Lord/Hero Volley in SFO is different though, it has 200 damage component instead of Hawks' 20). The SFO Hawks are overall better with or without this mod, use if you want the same Hawks across the board but the skill itself isn't as effective.
