Only the vanilla factions are showing up since they dont have *. If you deleted the * you will make them Void Wanderers compatible.
You can also add the lines DarkStorm.rte and NRG.rte to make it compatible with DarkStorm Military Technologies and New-Boston Revolutionary Guard.
At some point Void Wanderers changed their config such that all modded factions have a * in front of them, which is used to disable the faction and prevent it from being loaded.
To get your modded factions loading again, go into that config and remove all those *s!
Thanks. I've eventually figured it out tho.
The thing with troops moving on their own after being extracted from the vats thingy... still a mistery. They show as in sentry mode but I have to select it again myself or go in "go-to". I'm managing well anyway.
1. To sell items, go to Freestar Tradestar and warp to one of the piers. Now, go to your item inventory ( not the shop, your item storage) and cycle through the menus until you get to a red screen that says, "SELL ITEMS". From here, anything that you select will be sold.
2. Units on sentry mode will not move on their own, regardless of where they are. If they do, first verify that they are indeed actually in sentry mode. You can do this by holding the button to switch units and watching for the pop-up that appears on them for just a moment, which should be the sentry icon.
If they are indeed in sentry mode and yet still move around, save your game and then restart Cortex Command, see if it fixes the issue.
Me, sending the brain on a maydaying ship?! I hate risks but how could I've known that I needed the brain to come too?
