I tried using a camera to take a full picture, but it was much worse. The lens and perspective distorted it even further. I can upload a better one if I get a bigger scanner.
If anyone is able to do that with their kit, I'll happily import your work and credit you in the mod :)
In other scripted versions of the game there is a bunch of set up buttons to get the game started. Do I have to do everything manually or am I just missing something obvious?

Piter is a Tleilaxu deck card. And with him, I only have 20 Tleilaxu cards.
I did find errors in the Immortality Intrigue deck and corrected those.
My set only has 29 Imperium cards.
I am reaching out to Support to see if I got a complete set.
I'll pull out the cards and count them again.
I could have made a mistake on which cards have duplicates.
I feel appreciated when I see how many people comment, and leave feedback, and check the mod out!
It may be because one of my images has an odd numbered resolution. I will go through and verify that.
Otherwise, it may be that I need to add a 1px transparent border around the PNGs used for tokens.
In the meantime, the thread suggests disabling mod caching and seeing if that works:
"In the game configuration disable Mod caching and reload the mod again."

Dunx: I'll put up a screenshot of the current build. There was an error a while ago, so I rebuilt the mod on a new table. Part of the bug fixing was reducing the sizes of my deck scans to better work with TTS.
The orange player is missing one soldier, at least I only saw 8 in his supply.
Also, shouldn't that player be more of a gold/yellow color?

I've ordered a copy of the expansion from my local store in mid December. It hasn't arrived yet :(
I'll add it to the mod as soon as I get it!
Do you have any update on when the expansion will be ready. Its always nice to try stuff out before buying
My next idea is to rebuild everything on a fresh table and see if that works.
i saved all the objects and imported them manually on the desktop and nothing crashed
afterwards i loaded the mod from the workshop and it didnt crash either!

I noticed the reserve cards aren't loaded yet, maybe they need to be resized too?
