That is possible, in fact I'd bet that map wasn't included. Each map script has modifications and it's likely the original author skipped that one but it's best to ask him directly. Follow the link in this mod's description to get to the BBS full version.

Is it possible that this mod doesn't load sometimes? E.g. on 4-leaf-Clover? Or does it just not work on some maps?

Yes that works. Just don't have both enabled at the same time when you are hosting or playing single player.

Can I be subscribed to both BBS mods at the same time and just disable the one I don't want?
When someone hosts a lobby who has the "real" BBS, I will have to be subscribed to it, but when I host, or play singleplayer, I want to use this one. Does that work?

Some people do use this in normal CPL matches, because they feel the same way you do.

Thank you. I'm really annoyed by all the extra stuff in the normal BBS mod, I don't even understand why it's there in the first place.

Unfortunately this is not used in normal CPL matches, but the normal BBS right?
