Agreed, the texture and model are far better than that other guys. Either way, this looks pretty cool and/or goofy, which fits perfectly well in the TF2 world.

Yeah, given the existence of the katana and samurai helmet, a conical straw hat is hardly unthinkable. It's entirely possible that two people had the same idea, and this one looks better done to me.

To be fair to both players, a conical straw hat for Demo isn't exactly the most omg innovative of ideas either. Thus, it could be a case of having the same idea direction rather than stealing. Honestly though, I prefer this one. Very lively stuff.
