So, I really like this building. BUT I found out real quickly not to make it growable. It "sits" on the houses on either side of it. Definitely a ploppable building or only zone a 4x4 with 2 squares empty on either side. Not a big deal, very workable. Just thought it was funny that it was made in a 4x4 plot instead of actual size. Still, added to my Residential Collection and :steamthumbsup:

@quinna06 that's correct, it's a poorly positioned LOD. I promise to fix that some time soon, my schedule has been a bit tight recently.

Also, thanks to algernon for reporting an issue with the LOD and apologies for accidentally deliting their comment. I'll update the fixed asset as soon as I solve an issue I'm having with my game.
