we updated the board to have 12 instead of 13 spaces and tweaked some hero abilities. No rule changes though :-)

What about updates?
Effects like killing or turning around a card are not limited by stacking order!
Stacking cards is for organizing your cards so the other players know in which order cards where played for face-down cards (if you want to specifically look at eg their first card). Stacking face-up cards helps the other players to see how many heroes of a faction you have. We have seen a lot of players not stacking their cards though. We suggest stacking for a better overview but at the end it is up to your gaming group which way you prefer.
Also remember that you can always look at your own face-down cards and put them back in the same order.
One main rules question came up: when you've got stacked face down cards, and a card ability lets an opponent look at a face down card, can they look at any card in the stack or does it have to be the top one?
Similarly, the pictures in the rule book suggest you should stack face up cards of the same colour - when an opponents steals or kills a card, can they pick any card, or only the top card? Or do you not have to worry about stacking face up cards?
