May B U can upload the ".esp" file too?
I don't really have much free time these days, but the source for the spells is included within the mod archive, if you want to see how I implemented the actor movement. Please feel free to check them out, reuse or modify them as you need.
On a side note, could you try to make a mod that sends enemies and people sucked up by these into an alternate dimension in a jail cell? There are already a few mods that do the same thing but on a much smaller scale, with most if not all being short range and slow to use. Imagine being able to lock your enemies in the game inside another dimension with the Vac Storm spell. Perhaps you could make a new spell tome entirely, so that players could chose whether to simply drop things from the skies, or to send the enemy to the dimensional prison. In this way it would also remain balanced because you would still have to go in and kill them in the dimension.

'nuff said.
soreass: I updated the plugin, there's now a global variable for ash piles.
McTiggleFluffs: Haha, it'd be interesting to see a quest so difficult that these spells would be a fair reward, but the spells are just meant as fun ways to kill NPCs, sort of a sandbox toy existing outside of the lore.
Xeno9: Hm, it worked for me when I started a game, but you can try searching for the spells via "help <spellname>" and add them manually with player.addspell. You could also make a save with the plugin disabled and reenable it, the tome adding quest should run again.
Also, I'd like it if the effects were quicker if that is possible. Just some feedback for future versions.
Good job.
