No DLC required.

Adds a set of scripted spells with extreme effects, including:

- Animated one-shot kill spell that can kill essential/invulnerable NPCs
- Spell to remove Ghost flag from NPCs
- Large spammy projectile storms, sky and ground version
- Vacuum spells
- Bouncing spell

The spells are meant as flashy toys, not made with lore or balance in mind (They cost 1 magicka).

Spells automatically added as spell tomes:
------------------------------

SINGULARITY CRUSH: Compress target and make it explode. One-shot kill spell, can kill essential NPCs. If used on dragons, will wait for dragon to land.

SINGULARITY CRUSH B: Spares essential and protected NPCs.

ANTI-GHOST FIELD: Removes the Ghost flag that disables hit collision on certain NPCs.

STARFALL: Big projectile storm (e.g., Storm Call), see videos and images.

POLYHEDRON OF DOOM: Ground level projectile storm, appearing where the spell lands.

VAC ARROW: Targets within a certain radius are pulled to the arrow's point of impact.

VAC ARROW (FULL POWER): 10x bigger radius.

VAC STORM: Pull NPCs into the sky and kill them. Doesn't kill essential/invulnerable.

CHAOS THRASH: Target takes elemental damage and bounces around violently. Does 999 damage.

Configuration Spells:

SET STARFALL FORCE: Cast to enable/disable explosion force on the Starfall/Polyhedron storm projectiles. Takes effect on next cast.

SET STARFALL POWER: Cast to change projectile density on the Starfall/Polyhedron storm. Two setting levels, low and high. Takes effect on next cast.

SET STARFALL HOSTILITY: Change whether the projectile storms affect all targets or only targets currently hostile to the player.

SET VAC LIFE TARGETING: Change whether vac affects dead targets, alive, or both.

SET VAC HOSTILITY: Change whether vac affects all targets or only hostile targets.

Magnitude of force applied on Chaos Thrash bounces. Default: 1900.0.

The height from ground level that NPCS are pulled to by Vac Storm. Default: 6000.0

If explosion force is enabled and there are a large number of NPCs, the large number of explosions from the projectile storm seem to make the game unstable.

In my testing, if I cast the spell under such conditions inside a city, the game would CTD if I tried to enter an interior cell during or after the spell. Exiting to Skyrim wilderness or map traveling appears to fix the crashing.
