I haven't changed which factions have access to onagers, should be the same as vanilla I believe.

A big thank you. This will make my game playable again. As a newbie, i was frustrated with DEI sieges without onagers. I think Ballistae are not powerful enough for bigger city walls forcing me to commit all of my infantry to scale the walls while cavalry waited patiently outside until i take the gates. I like having the gates or walls breached at the same time I charge my infantry. I hate bottlenecks specially with DEI's longer battles.
