Hey lads. Found a solution to the problem people are having with skins not showing up that isn't tedious. Go to the ruina mod nexus and get the skin format normalizer mod. You'll want to get the 64 bit version of bepinex, unzip that into the library of ruina folder (the one with the .exe in it) and then drop the skin format normalizer mod's dll file into the bepinex/plugins folder.

It seems it's a bug for other countries since a lot of people (from asia, and america) have the same issue, so.. sorry but i can't help.
