I didn't manually verify files, but that doesn't mean steam didn't do it for me. After installing the file things seem to be working properly, thanks for the support.

Looking into it at the moment. Seems to be working fine, with Harmony and approx 30 other mods https://imgur.com/a/KhPgfo0 and on different computers. Maybe the file from the link above is being detected as a virus? Or could it be that you verified game files? That causes my edited dll to be overwritten by default. Try this one! [github.com]

Yes, I disabled every file except for harmony and this mod, and could still stack chemfuel but still couldn't merge stacks of the food I had, mostly muffalo and wolf meat, if it matters.
