Which files to modify if I want to decrease the attacker vs defender speed ratio?

You could some rename/tagging of this mod as I had hard time finding it via search.
Tried "army speed", "march speed".

Side note: when I was in the Air Force, we calculated 30-45 km per day on foot, depending on road quality. But that was without supplies, only troops.
I agree with 10-20 being historically correct.
