Hey Id like to create a mod where when the player gets damaged it selects a different chacter model entirely.
I imagine this isn't possible due to the limitations of the mod? If someone could lmk that would make this process quite a bit easier for me.

There's a bug even tho they are on full health their head gets already bloody.

@T626 : I'm sorry, I tried to investigate what caused this but I didn't manage to find the source of the issue. Since I do not really mod anymore, it would be too troublesome to come back and learn all the tech again :P ! It was more as an experiment but it seems that maybe, the use of a detail texture might have removed some features because of how L4D2 engine works. The constant updates also keep breaking things to I cannot always go back and try to fix everything sadly :(

@A little Eileen Hello again! I have a bug issue I was wondering I could talk to you about. I recently got https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2865107042&tscn=1664803855 and it, for the most part, works harmoniously with this mod, the other DMG Survivors mod of yours, the HD L4D1 and L4D2 Survivor packs by Theuaredead, and the "Clear and Reflective Water" {LINK REMOVED}(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2684105741&searchtext=clear+and+reflective+water). But then I realized that their legs and feet disappear underwater. I spoke with @Shadowysn, who posted the "Lux's Survivor Legs script" mod. Shadowysn and I presumably thought that this bug was due to the "clear and reflective water". But then he looked further into it and he told me that the survivor legs vanishing underwater bug was actually coming from these DMG mods of yours. I was wondering if there was any way for you to fix this issue? Please and thank you. And if there's any way I can help out?

They don't have the shadows when i point the flaslight, pls fix this.

Its so good and i hate ask , but maybe , maybe if you reduce little the blood is more realistic cause when you kill 15 zombies all your body is red of blood lol , but nice job!

yeah, fusiontech is right. when the damaged model is switched in, shadows do not cast off models.

Is it normal for this to disable model shadows cast by flashlights?

@dingleberry you will need survivor models that can work with this mod itself

i honestly wish the survivorss had a little less blood in the late stages, such as after being downed once, sure i get that theyre pretty badly hurt but wish the final (max) blood stage would be reserved for only dead bodies while the max standing blood on survivors should be the 2nd or 3rd final blood stage if u get what im saying lol
