they do gonna put foregrips on SVD in the next major update and current CTE (although it is so odd to see foregrips on sniper rifles xD

Modkit has nothing to do with the foregrip though, it's just the same piece of optic rail that is shared between the SVD and MP40.

Ahhh, that makes sense. Honestly I don't have an issue with there not being a visible foregrip on the SVD. I just thought I'd put it in here just in case it was a bug, but then I read the description a little more closely and figured I answered my own question XD

Ah sorry, I didn't put the part about foregrip into the description, thank you for reminding me. It's not there because the SVD has no foregrip animations and I wasn't motivated enough to make them myself.

There's no foregrip on the gun when you add one, but the effect of reduced recoil is definitely applied.
