@schoolspullenkaasje , this mod was made 2 years ago. The DLC had not existed at that point in time.
Thus the description says what is says.

Sulfur is needed to make sucrose, and that can be used for space travel (just saying). you can also make it into food.

there is no config file , and will never be on any of my mods.
if you want to "work according to your rules" then recompile the mod yourself with other variables.

with the geyser cracking mod which uses sulfur to crack and buff the geysers i'd say sulfur becomes one of the most powerful items in the game
is there a config file that i can change to get sulfur instead of oil ?

Yeah well this mod is obviously made for the base game , so that comment makes absolutely no sense.

Well sulfur is actually really use full in the DLC.

Oh, it's under Food, not Oxygen.

I don't see the building in Oxygen tab, or the refinement tab.
