Is there one of these on the starter island?

If not it could really use one as playing Classic means removing the starting ship with the workbench isnt an option due to missing research.

Because the developers are too lazy to allow you to tie ropes to the dock without having to make it your self.

This is great, are you also going to add points to the oil refinery and fuel sale points? The little hospital island with the wooden jetties would be good too!

Minor detail but what you are reffering to at docks are not capstans, they are actually called bollards. A capstan is a machine that is used on vessels, (almost always on the vessel itself) to pull on ropes to bring the vessel closer to whatever it's pulling
