This has got to be my favorite Scout hats. My only problem with it is that its an awkward color that I find makes it hard to put into loadouts, which could be fixed by making the hat paintable instead of the goggles.

You can't download it. It's an official hat in the game, not a mod.

I did contribute the rest of the pack when I submitted this but Valve didn't want it.
