Essentially, the story tellers send events based on the number of colonists you have. When you don't have many colonists, the storyteller will send more events allowing you to recruit colonists, when you have to many colonists, the storyteller will send events designed to cull your population. What he's done is make it so that those culling events dont happen until much later

I too would like to know the specifics of what this mod changes. I presume the left number is the number of colonists while the right number is somehow related to the AI causing negative events. I have no idea if the right number going down is bad or good.

I can't really tell what this does based on the description. Does it just increase world pawns, or does it up your colony limits?

This is fantastic! Thank you. Never understood why Double Population mod kept original storytellers instead of just changing the setting. I haven't used the default low population storytellers since.. lol This mod is perfect. !
