Fun idea for the mod! You should totally add an axe and shield variant, as well as a Skeletal Dwarf Thane version of the Wight King!

One discovery I found is if you use 120 X 260 for the icons instead of 60 X 130, the images look more detailed if your original files are equal or larger than 120 X 260.

No plans, but that is an interesting bit of lore. Cataph's Southern Realms has them as mercenaries, but it's a cool idea for a full faction.

Great mod, but one bug I've found is that they seem to be able to be recruited anywhere instead of just Karaz-a-Karak and Karak Eight Peaks like the mod says

I agree, it's more lore friendly since dwarfs hate and distrust magic. It would be ideal only for the vampires.

Any chances you could do one of these for lizardmen and skaven as well? I know it's probably a LOT of extra modelling work, but it'd give the vampires some much needed unit variation <3

Also getting them appear in all provinces, but honestly I think that's okay. I don't know too much Warhammer lore but I'm sure there's been enough wars that you could raise dead Dwarfs anywhere. Would love a Grave Guard tier variant so they can still be useful into the late game. Elven skeletons would be amazing as well, perhaps as a replacement for the spearmen?

I think the simplest solution would be to add a landmark to Karaz-a-Karak that is accessible only to vampires and allows for recruitment of dwarfs. Recruiting them by killing them would be a lot cooler though

Hmmmm you're right. I'll have to rethink this. Maybe there's a way to add them to the Raise Dead recruit pool after you defeat a dwarf army in battle...

For those who have no idea what SFO is. SFO is Steel Faith Overhaul. It's been around back in 2015. And what it does is that it makes the games units and rules more lore friendly to the tabletop. AKA chaos is actually a steam rolling, hard hitting faction and the human factions for exemple, has more modles in their roster but weaker.

I feel this would be good idea to have High Elven skeletons , as many millions died on both sides during war of the beard , and many Elven graves litter the former battle fields

Seem to be able to recruit Dwarf skeletons at any settlement regardless of faction. Playing with all other mods turned off. Would love to see an expansion on this theme with non-human skeletons or zombies recruitable (depending on which would best represent the nature of the source), but only if you can manage to restrict recruitment to the appropriate capitals.
