I'm having issues accessing the barbershop...trying on 1.15 cuz idk how to change versions, some help please?

@Phshteve18 there's nothing to fix, try putting it at the bottom of the playset if you have a mod conflict

Why doesn't this work on 1.14? Are there any plans to fix it for this version?

that's it, they don't need compatches or anything else, this mod just needs to overwrite the barbershop

This is my favorite CK3 mod but whenever I try to use the Community Pack that adds new outfits and accessories, it doesn't work, even though i have them both enabled (and have tested with having them as the only 2 mods enabled) could you possibly help me troubleshoot this?

What the easiest way to reset the Height Ruler? Sometimes i accidentally move it and it doesn't reset when i open and close the Barbershop.

@Rainna nope, Paradox removed the function that let us get the height
the old calculation was also very inaccurate. This is the best we can do right now.

@Astraph I'll be honest, I have never used the built-in screenshot feature, beyond testing it once. I doubt there's anything I can do, what the game does with it is a blackbox.
I use ShareX app for screenshots, it's incredibly good.

Apologies if this has already been answered (I checked the last 10 pages, didn't see it being mentioned) - but I have issues with saving screenshots.

I set up the pose & all the details, I press the screenshot button, I get the save confirmation... But the pic does not appear in the Screenshots/Barbershop folder. Funnily enough, it appears to affect only certain characters - at first I thought it was related to special characters in character/title name, but now I'm getting it even if both use plain English, without any non-standard Latin script letters...

The older ver mod can show my Character's height, it is very helpful for my mod. But the newer one give me a ruler and cannot allow me to know accurate character height. Could you undo this function?

@andralfo if you ever have issues with a mod, put it at the bottom so it overwrites anything else.
MB+ doesn't edit the barbershop window, so it might be another of your mods.

Does editing your character in the barbershop prevent them from changing garb for different tasks? My ruler is no longer changing into armor if I put him in charge of an army, and I'm wondering if it's because I manually his outfit for day to day wear.

Can you add the function of adjusting the shape of the chest? I don't like breasts that expand to both sides

Can you modify the thickness of the waist? And larger breasts? Why can't we have as many options as when creating our own characters?

If you dont see faces, could be you have a mod that modifies shaders, and needs a comp patch, there is a mod collection Color picker compatches for some of the mods that need patching

as soon as i start game with these two mods, i dont see faces on main menu and after just exits the game....doesnt work

Yes, Agami, that is what I'm referring to. Is there something that indicates the source for each of those, e.g. what DLC it came from. It doesn't change gameplay; I was just curious.

@Finarfin you mean in the names of clothes? what DLC it came from. CFP also adds its own icon, to mark their clothes

alright, I've put it back. But don't go complaining about crashes, resubscribe if you need to.
I want to remind, you can always just pin a character and add them to the barbershop. So if you have another mod overwriting character interactions, you're fine, you don't need this button.

@Ser Castamere scroll down, there were comments about crash after crash.
Paradox reworked the menu, it was causing crashes even after I updated it, I decided it'll be safer to get rid of it. This way we also won't deal with compatibility issues.

If you have unlocalized names, that's an issue with some other mod that adds clothes. This one doesn't and never will.

Why exactly did you remove the "interactions menu" as you call it? It seems like some features are now missing, and the editing menu in the barbershop now has "portrait_modifier" etc. options instead of being able to remove headwear completely on some characters.

Was this causing a crash or issues or was it an arbitrary change?

@sphanlon01hc as said in the description, "This mod does not touch clothes". The lists of items are the same, with or without it.

@Ser Castamere pin a character, add them to the barbershop from the second tab. I removed the interactions menu

To the author: I'm also getting the bug where you can't edit the looks etc. of non-vassal rulers. I was able to do that before teh update and now I can't, using an old version or the new one. Thoughts?

I put a crown in my inventory that won’t show. Does that have anything to with this mod controlling appearance over inventory or am I missing something? No, the crown is not in the list of headwear in this mod.

If you get people complaining they can't find or use the head bandage, blindfold or eye patch, it's probably because they're using EPE and they changed the genes to special_headgear_head_bandage, special_headgear_blindfold and special_headgear_eye_patch respectively.
