The rush is a bug that appeared after an update shortly after release. I havent gotten around to fixing it, I realize the mission is unplayable at this point.

This mission is kind of awful with the early rush of Nod flametanks, though looking below this appears to be a bug. I did find a way to beat the mission though; at the very start, position your MCV and MRLS's on a small plateau to the immediate west of your starting position, and then seal off the entrance with a sandbag wall. This will cause the AI to spazz out and will be unable to figure out how to enter your base, and you can just snipe them from afar with the MRLS's. You can also build refineries and other structures on the outside of the base, and the AI will (mostly) ignore these, since they seem to be scripted to prioritize your ConYard.

I guess the update issue still stands as the flame tanks with flamethrowers still appear within 5 minutes.

Something weird happened with the last update, some of the triggers fire right at the start and not when they're supposed to. I noticed some hidden changes with the editor, might have messed with the mission scripts. I've noticed issues with some other unreleased missions as well

wtf this mission? 3 flame tanks and more flame troopers and buggy attack on start????WHY???

Thanks for hiding the mini-map, that's a nice touch for people who hates spoilers.
