okay got it to work, though the city states won't build cities. My civ is placed next to two city states that just are settlers and never build

Just use water for the lava. Is there a way to recolor it red/orange?

The moon could be a possibility, but I don't really know how I'd make an accurate underworld considering Civ V doesn't really have lava tiles or anything similar
