you might need to check if you are missing addons or either that gmod did not downloaded the addon.

The scope on the M99 and TRG-21 have missing textures, but I dont think I'm missing any addons

the ability to change your attachments have to do with tfa attachments system which either could be the attachments on my end or tfa itself. If you could give me the guns that arent appearing, I could see whats happening.

Guns don't work very well when using it with other players. When I drop any weapon and someone picks it up, they have the ability to change mine as well. Sometimes the guns don't appear either.
