go down to where the image size and x & y are right before adding effects, thats where the origin is and where you attach your script

how do you attach the script to the orgin? im having the same issue as someone else i dont really know how to do this kind of stuff

Works great with negative cursor influence for an "environment perspective" sort of effect.

Be warned, though--the text box for the cursor influence value gets weird when you try to type in a minus sign. Hit backspace a bunch before typing it in.

Script works out-of-the-box, but what threw me off for a moment was that you have to click "Run preview" to see it working.

Select the layer that contains the pupils/eyes and then use the cog wheel next to the "origin" property to bind a script. Then you can choose this script from the Workshop menu in the script editor.

Have you attached the script to the "origin"? That's what it should be attached to.
