do you think that this will work in the new preview version ? probably
godzillla2024 Oct 18, 2024 @ 12:15pm
quasi star doesnt pop up for somereason
godzillla2024 Oct 18, 2024 @ 12:14pm
bruh
godzillla2024 Sep 30, 2024 @ 4:34pm
this doesnt pop up when i search quasi star is this normal?
Nav Jul 3, 2024 @ 8:58am
"QuAsI sTaRs ArE nOt ReAl StArS" they are hypothetical cause we dont know if they existed or not
dr_nefario im not trying to copy here im saying this to arzu.arzu346134
dr_nefario  [author] Jul 3, 2024 @ 7:42am
I specifically state at the START of the description, "A quasi-star is a HYPOTHETICAL type of extremely massive and luminous star that MAY HAVE existed".
arzu.arzu346134 Jul 3, 2024 @ 4:44am
quasi star is not real star
TON-618 Jan 8, 2023 @ 1:11pm
I wonder if this and the kerbal space universes are connected.
Construct Apr 15, 2022 @ 8:14pm
makes Stephenson 2-18 look like a small child, 10/10
dr_nefario  [author] Mar 29, 2022 @ 8:08am
@REGold07 do whatever which makes you happy mate.
TON-618 Mar 28, 2022 @ 3:08pm
ah yes. astrology(yes i realize that astrology is bs like palm reading and stuff, it has kinda developed as an inside joke for me). It is not my cup of tea, but biology is my coffee.
dr_nefario  [author] Dec 4, 2021 @ 2:53pm
!NOTE!: The image shown in the picture is outdated. UY Scuti has had a reduction in its size estimate to 855 solar radii. Stephenson 2-18 is currently the largest known star.
Hadr0n Sep 7, 2021 @ 4:23am
np mate
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 30, 2021 @ 6:54am
Cheers jackgs2010
Hadr0n Aug 30, 2021 @ 1:07am
I like this. Someone finally got their facts right. Someone finally recognises the largest star. Also @ChrisTop That was UY scuti, which is 8 AU. A Quasi Star acorrding to him is 66 AU so yes, it is incorrectly scaled but it isnt a thousandth the size of a Quasi Star. it would only be about an 8th the size of a Quasi Star.
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 27, 2021 @ 9:44am
@ChrisTop we'd never know how large a Quasi-Star is, in fact, all stats of this star shown is just an estimate. Also, the comparison shown in the thumbnail is outdated. Stephenson 2-18 is now currently the largest star we know of.
ChrisTop Aug 27, 2021 @ 4:13am
"LITTLE"
ChrisTop Aug 27, 2021 @ 4:13am
thenukeluis, I THNIK YOU ONLY NEED A DRIVE THE SIZE OF THE DINO ASTROID FOR LITTLE LAG.
ChrisTop Aug 27, 2021 @ 4:11am
uh, if thats the sun, it need to be 15k times bigger (i think)
if thats betelguse, i say 2.5k times bigger
if UY scuty... 1k times bigger
dr_nefario  [author] Feb 3, 2021 @ 5:11am
Finally got a new sim guys.
dr_nefario  [author] Dec 5, 2020 @ 7:19am
This is just an AVERAGE.
dr_nefario  [author] Dec 5, 2020 @ 7:19am
well, depends on how big the star is.
Luis Dec 4, 2020 @ 5:22pm
Ask wikipedia, not random people on Steam. It's quite unlikely you're going to find an interdisciplinary theoretical physicist and astronomer here that specializes on this kind of hypothetical star in this comment section.
School is boring Dec 4, 2020 @ 5:01pm
How big is their central black hole? This also might be the reason why they dont exist and there are many black holes.
dr_nefario  [author] Nov 28, 2020 @ 2:07pm
i could do that
School is boring Nov 28, 2020 @ 1:46pm
try to make a universe! consisting of 100 galaxys!
Luis Nov 2, 2020 @ 2:35pm
"pls can you make a universe mod where you can place a whole universes"
I don't think you know how physics work. To even save a simulation of multiple universes, you'd probably need a hard drive larger than the actual universe. At the very least, it's only a thought experiment, since there isn't even enough matter in the universe to build such a machine.
dr_nefario  [author] Oct 2, 2020 @ 10:50am
Hey guys, new sim on workshop ^-^
TDJR456 Sep 22, 2020 @ 5:08am
pls can you make a universe mod where you can place a whole universes
dr_nefario  [author] Sep 20, 2020 @ 5:14am
same
TDJR456 Sep 20, 2020 @ 12:31am
i love too Quasi stars
dr_nefario  [author] Sep 4, 2020 @ 7:34am
i cant believe that we can simulate the entire universe, but not the grey inside our skulls...
dr_nefario  [author] Sep 4, 2020 @ 7:33am
well by 2026, scientist could simulate a human brain, so that may clue to mind uploading.
Lihan Sep 4, 2020 @ 3:53am
wonder if it's possible to make a matrioshka brain in the game
Lihan Sep 4, 2020 @ 3:52am
If we somehow discover how to upload a brain to a computer in our lifetimes, then SOME of us might see it happen.
dr_nefario  [author] Sep 3, 2020 @ 7:25am
MOXIE is c00l, but it still would take up to 500 years...
Direct Hit Sep 2, 2020 @ 11:26am
It actually became a lot easier to make mars's atmosphere breathable, thanks to the MOXIE project.
Lihan Aug 17, 2020 @ 7:25am
eyyy cool ima check it out now then
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 17, 2020 @ 7:10am
Finished it. U also get bonus degenerate objects 2.
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 16, 2020 @ 4:58pm
Ill make it in the morning.
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 16, 2020 @ 2:33pm
ty for that Lihan ^-^
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 16, 2020 @ 2:32pm
I could try and put its composition to 100% Iron then colour it an irony/metallic shine.
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 16, 2020 @ 2:31pm
hmmm
Lihan Aug 16, 2020 @ 8:53am
It would take a while to make with an actual star, if it's even possible in US2.
Lihan Aug 16, 2020 @ 8:51am
How about iron stars ? I'd think you use a rocky planet and try to enlarge it or smth.
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 16, 2020 @ 7:07am
Btw guys let me know wat things u want me to create next ^-^
dr_nefario  [author] Aug 16, 2020 @ 7:01am
??
martin.kopp.16 Aug 16, 2020 @ 4:47am
this is my who did to me for quasi star
ElRey Aug 15, 2020 @ 3:43pm
Hello this really cool keep up the good work
Lihan Aug 14, 2020 @ 7:20am
longer than that to make the atmosphere breathable
