cuz CUP Units mod has dependency on CUP Weapons in its config

@Pluttefnask its an abandoned project. however it can still work on factions like tak locals chedak and etc

plus if i do manage to fully make it. ill use the older NIArms build rather than the new one (Unless the creator brings back the old sound files)

@B1acK Wo1F i had some problems while making the NIArms version and i had to abandon the project because of that. But i might reconsider and see a reliable way i can replace the Units without causing any problems.

@Sarge dont worry it might take some time to make but if you do have some suggestions on what weapons some factions would use feel free to type it down.

Would absolutely love to see an NIArms replacer over CUP weapons.

I'd use this but it's just a bunch of extra RHS units/factions/vehicles/etc that I could avoid loading up every time. Would prefer just a weapons mod to replace the only real lacking part of CUP imo (weapons).
