just wanna give credit to how good this airplane realy is. yesterday whith the atmosphere issue i took this plane to the sky and got to an altitude of +3000 meters. trualy an unstoppable pease of stormworks engineering

@media.paxtonjduvall, I know you said this a while ago, but you can you the addon to spawn it, or modify the hangers to be larger. If you want to modify your hangers, Josh J Gaming has a really simple guide to doing that.

After a sea landing the engine lost all power. Couldn't get them to come back on. Also impossible to steer in the water.

Yo, I'm trying to make this same plane from scratch except with a stripped interior for cargo use and I am genuinely curious how you got yours to float so high, mine sinks all the way up to the cockpit windows despite being a good 95% sealed empty space inside. Is there some trick to it?

It was the middle of war time when it was designed, when seaplanes were a viable fix to the lack of airports. By time it was made and the war was over there were plenty of airports and the need for seaplanes were overtaken by larger aircraft refitted from wartime and airline companies not being interested in its design as war planes were proven safe for long distance travel and the princes' clam to fame was it was safer as it can land on any body of water. Airliners backed proven warplanes.

Majority of the setbacks to this plane being useful was its need to be moored at sea its weight, and the high costs of maintaining such a large aircraft against corrosion in seawater.

The wheels are only for launching the airplane into the water for the first time and drop off they are recovered to be used later

they laughed at the crashed plane and then they could not get back in and tried to steel the crashed plane even though it only had 1 engine and 1 wing

like the real thing has landing gear that folds into the plane.
